Dette kursus omhandler automatisering af dele af bogføringen i en virksomhed. Kurset fokuserer specifikt på automatisering af fakturaer, og du vil igennem kurset opnå en forståelse for de bagvedliggende machine learning processer. Gennem træning i anvendelse af OCR-teknologi og billedgenkendelse opnår du indsigt i, hvordan automatisering af bogføringen i diverse regnskabsprogrammer finder sted. Samtidigt bliver du klogere på, hvor du som bogholder eller revisor kan spare tid i bogføringen fremover.

Fra et etisk perspektiv omhandler kurset generelle diskussioner om anvendt regnskabspraksis såvel som sikring af det retvisende billede og gennemsigtighed. Specifikt vil denne del af kurset diskutere, om potentialet ved at anvende automatisering opvejer de risici, der kan være ved fejlagtig kontering samt stillingstagen til udfordringer ved skalering af kontoplaner.

This course concerns which accounting processes can be automated using machine learning. Specifically, it focuses on automation of invoices, and throughout the course, you will gain an understanding of the underlying machine learning processes. Through training using OCR-technology and picture recognition, you will gain an insight into how automation takes place in the different available accounting programs. At the same time, you will gain an understanding of how your own allocation of time spent can be optimized.

From an ethical perspective, this course concerns itself with a general discussion about applied accounting principles, as well as ensuring transparency. Specifically, this part of the course will discuss the potential in automation vs. the risks, which may arise, due to errors in posting as well as challenges connected to scale.
